By striving for excellence through continuous improvement, we make every effort to maintain and nurture a home-like, caring, safe and clean environment through individualized services which respects each resident’s right to self-determination.
Tolstoy Foundation Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (TFRNC), was founded in 1970 by Alexandra Tolstoy, the youngest daughter of the famous humanitarian and author Leo Tolstoy, and her esteemed friend and co-founder, Tatiana Schaufuss, to minister, initially, to the needs of Russian and other Slavic-speaking people. Since then, the rehabilitation and nursing center has opened its doors to anyone in need of either long-term care or short-term rehabilitation.
